RETURN POLICY:

Threads in current dye lot and in original condition with receipt may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Canvases, Books, Accessories, Special Orders, Custom Orders, and Sale Items are Final Sales.

SHIPPING:

Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All in-stock items will ship within 48 hours of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If a product is out of stock we will inform you via email to let you know when it is expected. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. If an item arrives damaged please save all packaging and call us immediately at (470) 343-2105.

CLASSES:

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a space in a class. The amount of the deposit is published in the class description on our website. Once paid, deposits cannot be refunded. If required for a class, any canvases not purchased from Labors of Love Needlepoint Shop within the past year are subject to a $50 surcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Class Fees and Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. Think of purchasing a class the same as purchasing a ticket to a concert, sporting event or the theater.
